SURVEY ASSISTANT – REF KFS/SA/2024 – KFS GRADE 10 – (7) POSITIONS
Entry Requirements :
- Diploma in Surveying or equivalent from a recognized institution
- Member of Institution of Surveyors of Kenya
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Fulfil requirements of Chapter 6 of the Constitution.

An officer at this level shall report to a senior officer
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Will undertake all kinds of cadastral and control surveys.
- Carry out theodolite work and related computations and adjustments.
- Carrying out angular and distance measurements and computation for small density topographical, site engineering, general boundary, and photo control surveys.
- Gather physical survey data
- Transformation of coordinates from one projection to another.
- Calculate geographical positions from one survey data to another.
- Draw contours to aid in KFS physical construction works.
- Promote public values and principles
- Mentoring and coaching
